The kit includes the following: A Fat Daddio’s 4” round pan -an anodized aluminum pan that is FDA approved for baking A FLAT CAT HAT: a carbon fiber insulator to help maintain the oven temperature. The 4” pan is the ideal size for 1 or 2 people, it has a 1 3/4 cup capacity. You can bake the equivalent of 3 standard muffins in this pan. You can bake biscuits, yeast breads, cakes and all sorts of goodies.
